Rockhopper is Club Penguin”s wealthy pirate penguin with a pirate hat, a black beard, and a red puffle named Yarr.
First of all Rockhopper comes every two months.

Secondly, he only goes to these rooms: Ice Burg, Cove, Forest, Plaza, Pizza Parlor, Snow Forts, Town, Night Club, Dock, Beach, top of the Migrator. He usually goes on populated servers like Yukon, Frozen, top page servers, Sleet, Mammoth, Christmas, North Pole, and Snow Bank, but he can go on any servers.
There are four main ways of finding him:
Sit and Wait
You could sit the same spot for a long time and hope he comes.
Probability: o.02 (0.2%)
Server Jumping
You can switch servers fast and hope he appears.
Probability: 0.10 (10%)
Search Party
Get a group of people together on a chat, or something else, and each search a different server.
Probability: 7.0 (70%)
Follow Buddies
Find a buddy that’s good at finding him, and search with them and follow them.
Probability: 1.98 (19%)
Rockhopper Tracker
About one in a billion are real, and the one is always to late.
Probability: 0.08 (0.8%)

Rockhopper loves to chat, and because of his hat, he is taller than normal penguins. He can also use commas, periods, and apostrophes.
